Website Development Terms

All websites are developed within the JSAVE Web Development environment during the design process. Upon receipt of final payment, clients receive the complete website source files, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, images, and other associated assets. Ownership of these files allows clients to host, modify, and manage their website as they choose.

Website design packages do not include domain registration, web hosting, email hosting, or third-party subscription services. Any associated registration, subscription, or hosting fees are the responsibility of the client.

All projects require a $50.00 retainer prior to starting web files which counts towards the final cost of the project. Project termination on behalf of the client results in forfeiture of $50.00 retainer. Termination of project by JSAVE results in client refund of $50.00 retainer.
